Owner and Chef
after his commercial training Michael Hausberger completed his culinary training. After working at Königshof and Aquarello, among other places, he took over the direction of the kitchen and the business for the opening of ELLA in 2013.
Manager / Event Manager
as a trained office clerk and son of a gastronome in Munich’s Westend, his path into the restaurant business began at Restaurant Scheidegger. As a partner of a small bar at the Schwanthalerhöhe, his independence began. In 2008, he fulfilled his dream of owning his own business – Mayers Bar & Restaurant. Since 2017, he has been running Mayers Catering and since 2018 he has been working in the company of Lenbachhaus Museum Gastronomie GmbH & Co. KG.
completed his dual studies in business administration with a focus on Food, Beverage & Culinary Management at the IBA International Business Academy. During these three years, he passed through all departments of our company. We are pleased to have been able to recruit Mr. Remsing for our restaurant after his successful graduation.
is a trained insurance broker. Until 2012 she worked in her profession in the office and field service. Since the end of her parental leave in 2016 she supports her husband in the gastronomic business. Mrs Hausberger is the right contact person for all office matters.
